Free: the opening two episodes
Every series a free account can open gives away its first two episodes. Across the 111 open titles that adds up to 223 free episodes, because one fifteen-part series, Simona Rossi: Wrong But Right, gives away a third. Candy may prompt you to create a free account as you go, but it does not ask for a card to watch this part.
Those two episodes are enough to judge a series: the characters, the setup, the look of the AI and the direction the story is heading. They stop short of nudity and sex, which begin at the first locked episode.
Paid: tokens, one episode at a time
Locked episodes are bought individually with tokens. The price depends on only one thing, whether the series stars a licensed performer:
| Series type | Per locked episode | Typical length | Tokens to finish |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard series, 5 episodes | 12 tokens | 2 free + 3 paid | 36 |
| Creator series, 5 episodes | 30 tokens | 2 free + 3 paid | 90 |
| Nine-episode series | 12 tokens | 2 free + 7 paid | 84 |
| Fifteen-episode series | 12 tokens | 2 free + 13 paid | 156 |
| The 34-episode series | 12 tokens | 2 free + 32 paid | 384 |
An unlocked episode stays on your account for good. Candy describes unlocked episodes as yours to rewatch in HD without adverts, so there is no reason to buy the same one twice.
From free to your first unlock
- Pick any series and play episode one; Candy may ask for a free sign-up.
- Watch episode two, still free, and decide whether you want the rest.
- Tap episode three. The lock shows its token price before anything is charged.
- If you have no tokens, Candy offers Premium at this point; every plan includes 100 tokens a month.
- Confirm, and the episode is yours to keep. Repeat for each further episode.
What the free part alone gives you
Two free episodes may sound thin, but across the catalogue it is a lot of viewing: 223 episodes without paying anything, enough to sample every one of the 111 open series. For viewers who mainly want to know which stories exist, or who enjoy the setups more than the payoffs, the free layer is a complete product on its own.
Priced like the locked episodes around them, those free episodes would come to well over 2,500 tokens, roughly two years of Premium allowance. Candy gives them away because they are the sample that sells the rest; for a viewer, it means the whole shelf can be explored before a single token is spent.
Where tokens come from
Tokens arrive with a Candy Premium subscription, which includes 100 tokens every month on every plan, and they can be topped up with packs from inside your account once the allowance runs out. Premium prices in September 2026:
| Plan | Per month | Billed |
|---|---|---|
| 12 months | $3.99 | $47.88 once a year |
| 3 months | $8.99 | $26.97 every quarter |
| 1 month | $13.99 | $13.99 every month |
Candy also offers shorter billing cycles at checkout, $9.79 every two weeks and $5.60 a week, and local taxes may be added. Plans renew automatically until cancelled in your account settings, and charges show on bank statements as EverAI.
What a token is worth in dollars
Candy prices tokens inside a subscription rather than on their own, so any dollar value is an approximation. If you charged the whole Premium fee to the Shorts tokens alone, which ignores everything else Premium includes, the numbers would look like this:
| Plan | Per token | Standard episode | Five-parter | Creator series |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly, $13.99 | about 14¢ | about $1.68 | about $5.04 | about $12.60 |
| Quarterly, $8.99 a month | about 9¢ | about $1.08 | about $3.24 | about $8.10 |
| Yearly, $3.99 a month | about 4¢ | about $0.48 | about $1.44 | about $3.60 |
The real cost per episode is lower still if you also use Candy’s chat or image tools, since the same fee pays for those.
What 100 tokens buys
- Two standard five-episode series from start to finish, with 28 tokens left over.
- One creator series, with 10 tokens left, not quite enough for another locked episode.
- The whole of the nine-episode series, 84 tokens, with 16 left for a first look at something else.
Premium also covers the rest of Candy, from unlimited chat messages to image and video generation, so the Shorts tokens are only one part of what the subscription pays for.
Every long series, priced
| Series | Episodes | Free | Tokens to finish |
|---|---|---|---|
| My bestie betrayed me | 34 | 2 | 384 |
| YES MA’AM | 15 | 2 | 156 |
| Mona’s Worst Enemy | 15 | 2 | 156 |
| Caught Between Sisters | 15 | 2 | 156 |
| Simona Rossi: Wrong But Right | 15 | 3 | 144 |
| Your girlfriend’s younger sister | 10 | 2 | 96 |
| Addicted to my stepdad | 10 | 2 | 96 |
| The Man Next Door Knows | 9 | 2 | 84 |
| Isabella’s Revelation | 7 | 2 | 60 |
| Kiss My Enemy | 6 | 2 | 48 |
| Dad’s New Girlfriend | 6 | 2 | 48 |
Three sample budgets
- The sampler. Watch the free pair of as many series as you like, then spend one month’s 100 tokens on the two five-parters you liked most. Total: one month of Premium.
- The creator fan. One creator series per month fits the allowance, so Riley Reid’s three open titles take three months, or one month plus a token pack.
- The long-story viewer. A fifteen-episode run costs 156 tokens, a little over a month and a half of allowance. Starting it at the beginning of a month means finishing it early in the next.
A year of Premium, three ways
| Paid as | Twelve months cost | Tokens received | Standard series that buys |
|---|---|---|---|
| Twelve monthly payments | $167.88 | 1,200 | 33 |
| Four quarterly payments | $107.88 | 1,200 | 33 |
| One yearly payment | $47.88 | 1,200 | 33 |
The token allowance is identical on every plan, so the difference is purely in price: the yearly plan saves $120 against paying month by month. The catch is commitment. If you only want to finish two or three series, a single month is the cheaper option overall.
When a token pack makes sense
Packs fill the gap when the allowance runs out mid-story, typically halfway through a fifteen-episode run or after a creator series has taken 90 of your 100 tokens. If you regularly need more than the allowance, it is worth comparing pack prices in your account with the cost of simply waiting for next month’s tokens.
Ways to spend less
- Sample before you buy. Watch the free pair of several series in one sitting and only unlock the one you would miss.
- Favour five-parters. At 36 tokens they finish cheaply; the long runs cost four to ten times more.
- Take the yearly plan if you will stay. At $3.99 a month instead of $13.99, the same 100 tokens cost roughly a quarter as much.
- Be selective with creator series. At 90 tokens against 36, save them for performers you actually follow.
- Rewatch instead of rebuying. Unlocked episodes stay on your account, so there is never a reason to pay for the same one twice.
Costs that are easy to miss
Three details catch people out. Plans renew on their own at the end of each term unless you cancel. Local taxes can be added at checkout, so the charge may be slightly above the advertised price. And token pack prices only appear once you are signed in, so it is worth checking them in your account before relying on packs rather than the monthly allowance.
Billing, renewal and cancelling
Each Premium plan rolls over for another identical term unless you cancel it, which Candy lets you do at any time from the account settings. Local taxes can be added at checkout depending on where you live, and the charge appears as EverAI. Token packs, when you buy them, are charged separately from the plan.
The whole catalogue, priced
If you wanted every locked episode Candy currently lets a free account see, you would need 5,406 tokens: 4,776 for the 104 standard series and 630 for the seven open creator series. Nobody needs all of them, and the spread is wide, from 36 tokens for most titles to 384 for the longest. Our shortlist is the quickest way to spend a first month’s tokens on series that are worth finishing.
