The premise
A stepbrother comes to stay for a week on his stepsister’s college floor, only to find that she is the resident adviser and that every other room is occupied by women. Riley Reid plays the stepsister in AI form. Of her three open series, this is the one built as an ensemble: the floor, its rules and its residents matter as much as the two leads.
Move-in day, for free
Episode one is move-in day. Riley welcomes the new residents, reveals that her stepbrother will be the only man around for the week, and introduces a couple of her neighbours with a one-line description each, among them familiar Candy characters such as Mona and Mila. Then she claims him for herself before anyone else can. Episode two brings the first obstacle, a formal complaint from a resident who wants him off the floor, and resolves it in a way that sets up the rest of the week.
The dialogue is bold from the start, as you would expect from a Riley Reid title, but the free episodes stop before anything explicit appears on screen.
Behind the paywall
From episode three the series becomes explicit, room by room. We score it three out of five: firmly adult, with the story and the supporting cast getting more screen time than in her other two open series, which both sit at five. That makes it the gentlest way into Riley’s work on Candy.
What it costs
As a creator title it charges 30 tokens per locked episode, 90 in all. That fits inside one month of Premium’s 100-token allowance with ten tokens to spare, but that is 54 tokens more than a standard five-parter.
Who will enjoy it
Riley Reid fans who prefer a playful setting to a domestic one, and viewers who like a cast of characters rather than a closed two-person story. Anyone after the most graphic Riley title should go straight to My Stepmom’s Weekend or My Wife’s Best Friend.
How it compares
Next to Riley’s other two open titles, this is the one with the most characters and the least claustrophobia. My Stepmom’s Weekend and My Wife’s Best Friend are both set inside a single home with a secret to keep; the dormitory opens the door to a whole floor of residents and treats the stepbrother as a guest who keeps getting pulled in different directions. It pairs naturally with Bonnie Blue’s Student Bodies, another campus creator series rated three out of five.
Choosing between Riley titles
Because the free episodes spend time introducing the floor, they are a fair preview of the tone but not of the intensity, which rises once the lock is passed. If you are deciding between Riley’s titles, watch the free pair of all three first; together they cost nothing and make the choice easy.
Verdict
Scored three out of five on our overall scale: good fun, less focused than her other two titles, and priced like any creator series. Pick it for the setting, not for intensity.
